Known foremost for his tenor saxophone playing, Cobb is in demand as a jazz player, session player, and horn section member. He has performed with a wide array of artists including Steven Tyler, Aretha Franklin, Cage the Elephant, Dr. John, Irma Thomas, Brett Eldredge, Andra Day, Patti Austin, Mike Farris, JD Souther, Anderson East, the Dynamites, and the Nashville Symphony. His newest record Hot Chicken was released on Ear Up Records in September 2016 & is a finalist for the Nashville Industry Music Awards Jazz Album of the Year.
